…a walk-around-the-fence Beagle.

Who knew the spinach patch would be so inviting?

Um, I guess this would be our fault for not making a fence that, you know, closes off all points of entry.

Oh yeah. Jade loves dark soil on cool sunny days. I’ll shove old Miscanthis stems in the ground to protect spots where she’s likely to lie where I expect plants to emerge or seedlings to sprout.

Hilarious. I just love beagles – they’re so…basic. My beagle (who is no longer with me – she lived until she was almost 18! was a walk-around-the-fence beagle too (because she was very wise, as beagles are) – she definitely didn’t jump. I’m thinking that spinach patch is quite cool and comfortable.
